All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states

Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method but typically range from 3–14 business days after dispatch.

Standard shipping is available for all orders. Expedited options may be offered at checkout (if available).
3. International Shipping

At this time, Aurome.store ships only within the United States.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your package’s progress.
If you don’t receive a tracking email within 3 business days of purchase, contact us at support@aurome.store for assistance.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact the shipping carrier first to check the status.

Aurome.store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
8. Order Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Some fragrances may ship in secure plain packaging for discretion and safety.
