Returns & Refunds
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return:

Email us at support@aurome.store with your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with the return address.

Once approved, ship your item back using a trackable method.
3. Return Shipping

Returns are free within 30 days — we cover the cost of return shipping for eligible items.

We will provide a prepaid return label once your request is approved.

Aurome.store is not responsible for packages returned outside the authorized process.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect orders.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used fragrances

Items marked as Final Sale

Gift cards or promotional items
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at support@aurome.store within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
