Returns & Refunds



1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  • Email us at support@aurome.store with your order number and the reason for your return.

  • Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with the return address.

  • Once approved, ship your item back using a trackable method.


3. Return Shipping

  • Returns are free within 30 days — we cover the cost of return shipping for eligible items.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label once your request is approved.

  • Aurome.store is not responsible for packages returned outside the authorized process.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect orders.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards or promotional items


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at support@aurome.store within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
